Cate Farm’s 2025 Spring Plant Sales are coming soon!
On farm Plant Sales will be Fridays and Saturdays from 8am-2pm, starting May 9th through June 7th.We have a huge selection of healthy organic starts to get your garden growing!
Our seedlings are also available at Hunger Mt. Co-op in Montpelier from late April through mid June.
In an effort to reduce our plastic use, we will continue to offer seedlings grown in soil blocks. These are only available at the on farm Friday & Saturday Plant Sales.

We do our best to get back to you, but have lots on our plates right now and may not get to your questions in a timely manner. Check out our FAQ page for farm and sale related questions.

From East Montpelier, take either Route 2 East or Route 14 North to Coburn Road. Cate Farm Road is located just under a mile down Coburn from either Route 2 or Route 14.
Once you’re on the farm, follow the arrows.

We are only open for sales at the farm during the set Friday and Saturday Plant Sales, 8 am - 2 pm. Our seedlings can be found 7 days a week at the Hunger Mountain Coop in Montpelier late April through mid June.
